You could replace mardy French cunt with mardy Italian cunt I guess. There are certainly similarities, both flawed individuals (who isn’t at the end of the day) but unbelievably gifted footballers.
I would put Payet above PDC too, and this is someone who was there to see the Wimbledon goal, the best goal I’ll probably ever see.

Simon, people said that about Di Canio as well. Payet's footballing quality was overshadowed by his ability to be a mardy French cunt.
The reason why Bobby Moore was so respected the football world over was because he was world class on and off the pitch. It's not enough to just be a good footballer.

Arnie is quality, Yarmolenko and Anderson have the potential to be fans favourites here, but none of them come close to being as gifted as a footballer as Payet.
Most of us will probably never see that kind of quality again wearing claret and blue in our lifetimes.
